Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, MIS, Finance, or related field
  • 3+ years supporting or implementing Oracle EBS R12 and/or Oracle Cloud Financials

Responsibilities
:

  • Provide functional production support across the Order-to-Cash,Procure-to-Pay, Projects, Costing, and General Ledgerstreams on Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle R12.
  • Configure and support Oracle Cloud modules across Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger
  • (GL), Projects, Costing, Fusion Tax, and Expenses, including R12 equivalents.
  • Analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and configure Oracle Cloud / R12 solutionsaligned with WWT's finance and operations processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, defects, and service requests within agreed SLAs, performing root-cause analysis anddriving permanent fixes.
  • Write and tune SQL queries against Oracle database tables for data extraction, validation, defect triage, and ad-hocreporting.
  • Support Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and R12 patching by assessing functional impact, executing regression testing, andcoordinatingsign-offs.
  • Develop andmaintainfunctional documentation including BRDs, FDDs, configuration workbooks, test scripts, SOPs, anduser trainingmaterial.
  • Build andmaintainreports and dashboards using OTBI and BI Publisher; support data migration and integration validationusing FBDI/ADFDI templates.
  • Work with technical teams on integrations involving OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, Vertex, and Coupa as applicable to theassigned track.
  • Partner with Finance, Tax, Procurement, Projects, and IT teams to design enhancements that improve process efficiency,
    control, and compliance.
  • Support audit and SOC control activities, ensuring configuration changes and access reviews areevidencedappropriately.
