Portfolio Integration Architect
The Opportunity:
The Portfolio Integration Architect supports the development, review, and coordination of multiple portfolios, plans, policies, and authoritative documentation that guide portfolio execution and strategic alignment across the organization. This position is responsible for helping ensure documentation is accurate, current, and aligned with operational, regulatory, financial, and strategic requirements. The role also supports formal document revision and change processes, including coordination of regulatory and portfolio implementation of approved changes.
What You'll Work On:
  • Assist with developing, reviewing, updating, and maintaining plans, policies, and authoritative data related to portfolio integration and operational requirements.
  • Assist in providing data that is used by the customer for cost, schedule, and performance integration across multiple high-value projects and programs.
  • Support formal document change and revision processes, including drafting updates, coordinating reviews, tracking comments, and managing version control.
  • Analyze current portfolio documentation, identify gaps or inconsistencies, and recommend updates to improve alignment, clarity, and compliance.
  • Ensure portfolio, plans, policies, and documentation remain aligned with governing guidance, organizational priorities, and operational needs.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across functional areas to gather input, resolve discrepancies, and support timely publication of updated materials.
  • Track portfolio and document status, revision timelines, and impacts of approved changes on portfolio activities and related business processes.
  • Maintain records of document history, lessons learned, and best practices to support continuity and future updates.

You Have:
  • 3+ years of experience in portfolio planning and integration, policy revision, or documentation management
  • Experience working with formal plans, policies, technical guidance, or authoritative government documentation
  • Experience with critical systems such as Jira and Confluence
  • Knowledge of requirements management with a focus on value stream sustainment
  • Ability to work across functional teams to support documentation and integration efforts
  • Ability to interpret requirements and translate them into clear, actionable documentation
  • Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
  • Top Secret clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
