What We Offer
At BCG Securities, we understand that advisors want the freedom to grow their practice while having access to meaningful operational, planning, and retirement plan support.
We provide advisors with the resources, collaboration, and infrastructure to help them focus on client relationships and long-term business growth, including:
• Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
• 401(k) with company match
• Life insurance and long-term disability coverage
• Retirement plan support and resources
• Internal support staff and operational assistance
• Practice-management support
• Planning and investment resources
• Ongoing training and professional development opportunities
• Collaboration across planning, investments, insurance, retirement plans, operations, and client service teams
• A team-oriented culture focused on advisor success and long-term client relationships
Why Advisors Choose BCG Securities
Our advisors are supported by experienced professionals and resources that help them focus on building relationships and delivering client-centered advice.
Advisors have access to:
• Retirement plan support and resources
• Wealth management, investment, insurance, and financial planning solutions
• Internal support staff and planning resources
• Practice-management support
• Collaboration across operations, investments, insurance, retirement plans, and client service teams
• Training and professional development opportunities
• A team-oriented culture focused on long-term advisor success
This opportunity may be a strong fit for advisors interested in:
• Building long-term client relationships
• Expanding financial planning and wealth management conversations
• Supporting retirement plan participants and employer relationships
• Growing across investments, retirement planning, and insurance solutions
• Working independently while leveraging a collaborative support structure
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain financial plans for new and existing clients based on their goals, financial circumstances, time horizon, and risk tolerance
• Provide investment recommendations and portfolio guidance consistent with client objectives, applicable standards of care, and firm policies
• Deliver ongoing client service, including reviews, plan updates, and portfolio recommendations as client needs evolve
• Discuss insurance and annuity solutions, where appropriate, as part of the planning process
• Support retirement plan relationships, plan participants, and employer-sponsored retirement plan opportunities, where applicable
• Support clients through broader planning conversations, including financial planning, retirement income planning, wealth management, and insurance solutions
• Build and manage strong client relationships through consistent communication, service, and follow-through
• Work with internal teams, support staff, and subject matter resources to support a strong advisor, client, and retirement plan experience
Position Requirements
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Financial Advisor
• Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses, or Series 7 with Series 65/63
• Life and Health insurance licenses preferred
• Experience with retirement plans, employer-sponsored plans, education markets, participant engagement, or business-owner relationships preferred, but not required
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities
• Commitment to ethical conduct, regulatory compliance, and client-focused service
