  • Strong communicator with interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships
  • Adaptable and quick to learn — comfortable navigating new tools, environments, and situations

Licensing

  • Life, Accident & Health license required to start
  • SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 required within 6 months — we'll support you through the process

Compensation

We offer a competitive structure designed to reward your effort and reflect the value you bring to your clients and the firm.

  • Competitive commission with performance-based bonuses
  • Practice allowances to support your ramp-up and ongoing operations
  • Compensation that scales with your production and the book of business you build

Benefits

  • Medical, vision, and dental insurance
  • 401(k)
  • Disability insurance
