WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Senior Finance Analyst, Corporate FP&A is critical to the Corporate FP&A team as this role is the subject matter expert for Planful and will own the administration of the system. This includes ensuring data from other systems is captured accurately, managing planning templates, and collaborating across FP&A to ensure Planful is consistently supporting the needs of the Finance and Accounting organization. The Senior Finance Analyst will also serve as the main point of contact with the Planful team and their help desk on trouble tickets and resolving data issues. This role also will evolve into a data steward for FP&A ensuring Planful and related spotlight reporting accurately reflect various adjustments made for planning purposes. .
WHERE YOU'LL WORK
This position offers the flexibility of remote work in the United States.
HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME
  • Oversee the integrity and accuracy of data within the Planful system, including managing data loads, reconciliations, and validation; includes scenario management and related pro-forma and top-side adjustments within Planful; data steward for Corp FP&A.
  • Manage all aspects of user administration, role-based security, access, and training new users
  • Serve as the primary contact for Planful technical support, resolving issues and providing assistance to users; understands Ascend configuration and linkages to other systems and can collaborate with Planful support team on needed resolutions and improvements to prevent future issues
  • Partner with finance and other business units to identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and increased automation within Planful. Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into effective Planful solutions
  • As a part of Corporate FP&A team, provide support for ad hoc analyses and other Corp FP&A deliverables primarily during busy planning cycles and at quarter-end

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Accounting, Business Analytics, or Finance preferred.
  • Miniumum 5 years of Finance/Accounting experience required; prior FP&A experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of FP&A software packages, preferably with Planful (or similar)
  • FP&A experience such as variance analysis, forecasting, planning and reporting for Corporate FP&A function and/or Segment FP&A (in addition to prior system responsibilities) is highly desired
  • Collaborative in approach and working style with a customer first mindset
  • Comfortable working in an environment with frequent tight deadlines
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Datawarehouse, Microsoft BI or Tableau background a plus
