Job Overview:

The VP, Growth and Enablement leader is responsible for the promotion, adoption, and overall success of the annuity and insurance product lines at LPL Financial. This role achieves this by developing, executing, and measuring strategies that increase product awareness, accelerate adoption, and enhance effective utilization of the annuity and insurance within advisor practices.

The position collaborates with key internal stakeholders, institutional partners, and our annuity and insurance Strategic Partners to translate product designs into actionable client solutions that advisors can integrate into their practices. Through these efforts, the role drives broader adoption of the product lines, enhances the value of advisor practices, and contributes to improved client outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Increase adoption and penetration rate of annuity and insurance products across the LPL advisor base
  • Improve advisor experience and adoption of LPL tools that support annuity and insurance products
  • Develop and execute advisor engagement programs, including campaigns, events, and training initiatives while measuring impact
  • Develop, deliver, and analyze data driven continuous improvement feedback feed-back loop to support informed decision making
  • Grow profitability of the annuity and insurance product line.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, or related.
  • 7-10+ years of experience in wealth management, annuities, insurance, or advisor-facing strategy roles.
  • FINRA licenses 6 and 63 or willing to obtain.

Core Competencies:

  • Deep expertise in go-to-market planning and execution
  • Demonstrated experience driving product adoption, growth, or enablement initiatives, including development of messaging, campaigns, and advisor engagement strategies
  • Demonstrated experience developing simplifying complex capabilities with practical implementation frameworks and advisor guidance.
  • Experience working with or alongside strategic partners (e.g., carriers, asset managers) and coordinating thought leadership or content.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proven ability to influence both advisors and senior leaders.

Preferences:

  • CFP, CFA, or MBA.
  • Series 7, 24, or 66.

Pay Range:

$135,960.00 - $226,600.00
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
