Job description

Families reach out to us because they want help protecting their income and their future for the people who depend on them. Your job is to be the person who helps them figure out how to actually do that.
No Cold Calling, Ever
Every conversation you have starts because someone requested information - they're not being interrupted, they asked for this. That distinction matters, because it changes the entire nature of the call: you're not overcoming resistance to the topic, you're helping someone who already cares work through their options.
What You'll Actually Do
You'll spend your day on the phone and on Zoom with families discussing their financial protection needs - things like life insurance coverage that ensures a mortgage gets paid or income continues if something happens to a breadwinner. You'll use our network of 60+ insurance carriers to find coverage that genuinely fits each family's specific situation, rather than pushing a generic policy regardless of what they actually need.
Training and Mentorship
You don't need any background in financial services or insurance to start here. Our onboarding covers the fundamentals from scratch - how different coverage types work, how to have an honest and empathetic conversation about a sensitive topic like family protection, and how to actually close a policy once a family has decided what they want. Beyond initial training, you'll have access to mentorship from experienced agents as you build your own book of clients.
Earnings
This is a 100% commission role with no cap on what you can earn. New agents typically average $800 to $1,200 per policy. Based on consistent effort:
  • Part-time agents land $50,000+ in year one
  • Full-time agents land between $80,000 and $300,000+ in year one

Pay is issued on a daily/weekly basis, and there are performance-based incentives layered on top for agents hitting certain milestones.
To Apply, You'll Need
  • U.S. residency
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • A Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to obtain one quickly - we'll guide you through this if you're not there yet

If helping families feel more secure about their future - and getting paid well for doing it - sounds like meaningful work to you, apply today.
