• Conduct engaging and effective remote therapy sessions with clients, utilizing telehealth technology to enhance communication and therapeutic techniques.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect clients' goals and values, continually adjusting interventions based on progress and feedback.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
• Facilitate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing urgent mental health issues, employing strategies to ensure their immediate safety and well-being.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to synchronize care, providing holistic support that addresses all facets of a client’s well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• Current and active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), ensuring adherence to all regulatory guidelines.
• Demonstrated experience in providing therapy services in a remote setting, with a strong understanding of telehealth practices and limitations.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to establish rapport quickly in virtual settings.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote working environment.

• Previous work experience in a telehealth or outpatient psychotherapy setting.
• Specialization or certification in a therapeutic modality such as CBT, DBT, or systemic therapy.
• A proven track record of building long-term therapeutic relationships with clients.

This full-time therapist position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
