About this role:
Intermountain Health is seeking a full-time certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, BMT, Leukemia to provide patient care at LDS Hospital. You will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. As a BMT/Leukemia APP, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.
  • This position includes up to $7,500.00 in relocation assistance.
  • You will practice at Intermountain Health LDS Hospital
  • Your hours will be 4 ten-hour shifts, covering rotating holidays and weekends
  • Share in overnight call with physician back-up
  • The APP will focus on acute leukemias, multiple myeloma, Lymphoma, stem cell transplant, Chimeric Antigen Receptor therapy (CAR-T), Toxicities and side effects from chemotherapy and stem cell therapy including but not limited to: Neutropenic fever, Sepsis, Cytokine release syndrome, Neurotoxicity, Graft Versus Host Disease

  • APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program
  • Active, unobstructed APRN or PA-C license, or the ability to obtain one
  • Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
