As a Medicare Sales Agent, you'll assist Medicare beneficiaries in evaluating coverage options and enrolling in plans that fit their needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting Medicare sales consultations over the phone
• Assisting clients with Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plan options
• Utilizing company technology and sales systems to manage prospects and clients
• Following compliance and carrier guidelines
• Building long-term client relationships to create renewal income and referral opportunities
• Participating in training and development opportunities

Compensation & Income Potential

As an independent agent, your income is directly related to your production and book of business growth.

• Licensed in Life & Health Insurance
• Experienced in Medicare sales

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of Medicare sales experience
• Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Experience selling Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement plans Life and Ancillliary products.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and enrollment platforms
