Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Design, Sociology, Anthropology, Psychology, Industrial and Human Factors Engineering or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation. 5 years of experience with the following skill is required: 1. Performing digital and software design. 4 years of experience with the following skill is required: 1. Developing and implementing design patterns in the Automotive and Manufacturing fields. 2 years of experience with the following skill is required: 1. Translating customer insights from surveys, feedback, and research. 1 year of experience with the following skill is required: 1. Using Figma and Miro as primary design and prototyping tools.

We are offering a salary of $106,392.00 - $173,480.64/yr.
