Proficiency with loan origination systems (LOS), automated underwriting systems (AUS), and secure file-sharing platforms is essential. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and effective remote communication set top performers apart in this role. These skills ensure accurate loan evaluations, regulatory compliance, and efficient collaboration in a remote work environment.
