• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental delays and needs.
• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring alignment with the goals of children and their families.
• Monitor outcomes and progress as part of an interdisciplinary team dedicated to early intervention strategies.
• Provide direct support and coaching to families, empowering them to engage in their child's development effectively.
• Implement evidence-based practices in accordance with Natural Learning Environment Practices, facilitating learning in familiar settings.
• Adhere to all Federal and State regulations ensuring compliance and ethical standards in service delivery.
• Build trust and rapport with children and families, fostering a safe and effective learning atmosphere.
• Administer a variety of assessments and utilize data to inform treatment decisions.

Your primary focus will be on families with children, particularly infants and toddlers, experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. By providing targeted support, you will help these children acquire essential skills in physical, cognitive, emotional, and communication domains, ensuring they are set on a positive trajectory during their critical early years.

• Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current LCSW licensure as required by the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver's license to commute to client locations if necessary.
• Strong adaptability to accommodate various learning styles, effectively meeting the individualized needs of children.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle a diverse caseload.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering collaborative relationships with team members.
• A commitment to the principles of Natural Learning Environment Practices.

• At least one year of professional experience working directly with children in early intervention settings.
• Fluent in a second language, which can enhance communication with diverse families.
• Experience in conducting assessments using various assessment tools and methodologies.
