Job description

Axyde Analytics is assembling a proposal team for U.S. Trade and Development Agency solicitation 1131PL26R0063, South and Southeast Asia Aviation Infrastructure Project Scoping Services. This contingent, intermittent role is focused on terminal planning, passenger processing, baggage systems and level-of-service analysis.
Role responsibilities:
• Assess terminal demand, passenger flows, processing points, baggage interfaces and capacity constraints.
• Translate forecasts and operating concepts into facility, systems and phased-development requirements.
• Define analytical tasks, data needs, outputs, acceptance criteria and operational risks.
Evidence sought:
• Senior airport terminal-planning or passenger-flow experience.
• Representative baggage, processing, capacity or level-of-service assignments.
• Ability to link operational analysis to implementable facility and systems scopes.
Engagement: Fully remote and intermittent during a potential four-year contract, subject to award and written assignment authorization. Limited international travel may be requested for particular assignments and would be discussed and confirmed separately.
