You will work primarily with stable, low-acuity adults who present with a range of mental health issues. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Current licensure in California as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong computer literacy skills to efficiently navigate our online therapy platform and manage client communication.

• Experience dealing with low-acuity mental health concerns, demonstrating a robust understanding of applicable therapeutic modalities.
• Proven ability to establish rapport with clients, showcasing exceptional interpersonal skills and empathy.
