West Valley Psychiatric Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our remote team. • Conduct initial assessments and establish therapeutic relationships with clients to understand their unique needs and goals.
• Deliver effective therapy sessions in both English and Spanish, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, regularly evaluating client progress and adapting strategies as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation using Electronic Health Records (EHR) while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams when necessary to facilitate comprehensive care for your clients.
• Participate in supervision and peer consultation to enhance your skills and professional development.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and families from various cultural backgrounds. Your role will involve addressing an array of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By employing an integrative and culturally sensitive approach, you will help clients navigate life's challenges while promoting mental wellness.

• Master's Degree from an accredited program in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.
• Active and unrestricted LMFT license to practice in Colorado.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong communication skills for delivering bilingual psychotherapy.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a mental health setting with direct exposure to diverse client populations.
• Respect and sensitivity towards the unique cultural and individual needs of clients and their families.
• Competence in using technology such as EHR software and Microsoft Office.

• Experience with specific therapeutic modalities, including CBT, TF-CBT, EMDR, or other evidence-based practices.
• A developed area of specialization, such as Trauma, LGBTQ+, Grief & Loss, or Perinatal Mental Health.
• Previous training in ethical and compliant therapy practices, ensuring client confidentiality under HIPAA.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications, along with performance bonuses. Additional benefits include ongoing training opportunities, flexible scheduling, and a supportive remote work atmosphere.
