Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting in-depth initial assessments and evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs and formulate strategic treatment plans tailored to individual goals.
• Implementing personalized treatment plans with a focus on evidence-based and solution-focused therapeutic techniques.
• Providing individual therapy sessions to adult clients, leveraging teletherapy platforms to ensure accessibility and continuity of care.
• Engaging in crisis intervention as necessary, employing effective strategies to manage and de-escalate urgent situations.
• Participating in ongoing professional development, including training sessions and workshops, to maintain your licensure and stay current with mental health best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your practice will focus primarily on adult clients facing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will utilize your expertise to provide compassionate and effective care to those seeking improvement in their mental well-being. Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and effectively collaborate with colleagues.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to balance caseload and ensure that all client needs are met efficiently.

Preferred Experience

While not required, experience in private practice or clinical settings providing individual therapy to adults is highly valued. Candidates with a history of implementing evidence-based therapies and working with populations experiencing a variety of mental health issues will find a strong alignment with our goals and services.

Compensation and Benefits

We recognize and reward the dedication of our therapists with a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 per year, dependent on your caseload and experience level. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
