• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments upon intake, identifying the specific needs and treatment goals of clients entering the detox program.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic methodologies tailored to each patient’s unique circumstances.
• Provide ongoing psychotherapy, utilizing solution-focused interventions that empower clients to navigate their recovery journey effectively.
• Maintain exhaustive and timely clinical records, ensuring accuracy in data entry and adherence to HIPAA regulations.

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse range of clients, including those experiencing substance use disorders, mental health challenges, or undergoing detoxification. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Virginia.
• At least 3 years of direct clinical experience in a mental health or substance use treatment setting, specializing in psychotherapy.
• Proficiency in evidence-based techniques, particularly solution-focused interventions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.

• Experience in a detox center or dual-diagnosis treatment facility is highly desirable.

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
