Familiarity with Facebook Business Suite, analytics tools, and scheduling platforms is typically required, along with any relevant certifications in social media or digital marketing. Excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to respond quickly and diplomatically are crucial soft skills for this role. Mastery of these skills ensures effective community engagement, brand reputation management, and successful execution of online campaigns in a remote environment.

Job description

Location: Remote - United States, Canada, or United Kingdom only

Compensation: $145,000-$180,000 OTE

ABOUT TRIVIUM

Trivium Group is an Inc. 5000-ranked, Clutch Award-winning Amazon growth agency. We manage millions in ad spend and help brands scale profitably on the world's most competitive marketplace. Our closers don't take orders - they own the number.

THE ROLE

This is a full sales cycle seat, not a closer-only seat.

Qualified leads come to you - we generate demand, you don't have to find it. But if your calendar is light, you do not sit and wait. You work the list, you set your own calls, and you get the deal on the books. We are hiring someone hungry: someone who sees a lead and lets nothing get in the way of closing it and collecting the cash.

You own the deal end to end: outreach and call-setting when needed, discovery, audit review, proposal, objection handling, close, and cash collection. Deals are monthly retainers in the $3,000-$7,000/month range, sold to e-commerce owners and operators.

Who you'll be selling to: e-commerce entrepreneurs whose businesses range from a couple million a year to a couple million a month. You need to be able to hold a sales conversation with them as a peer - without pedestalizing them.

YOUR NUMBER

Cash collected is the #1 KPI. Not calls booked, not proposals sent, not pipeline created - cash collected. Close rate, average deal size, speed to close, and pipeline hygiene all support that one number.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Run the full cycle on inbound and referred demand - first call to signature to payment.

Set your own calls when the calendar has room. Follow up relentlessly on no-shows, stalls, and old leads.

Diagnose a prospect's e-commerce business live on the call and connect it to what we do.

Build and present proposals for monthly retainers, handle objections, and get signatures.

Own collection - a signed deal that doesn't pay is not a closed deal.

Keep the CRM clean and current: every deal, every next step, every dollar.

Work with the delivery team so what you sell is what gets delivered.

Requirements

WHAT YOU NEED

A track record closing recurring retainers in the $3,000-$7,000/month range (or higher), with numbers you can show: average deal size, close rate, cash collected.

Full sales cycle experience - you have set your own meetings, not just taken handed-off calls.

E-commerce experience is mandatory.

Hands-on familiarity with at least one of: Amazon Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, or Google Ads. You don't have to run campaigns, but you must hold a credible performance conversation.

B2B agency sales experience.

Based in the US, Canada, or UK, working US business hours.

A self-starter. That includes proactively studying - advertising, e-commerce, and B2B sales, daily.

Detailed and punctual. Our system is operations heavy: a clean and updated CRM, Slack, end-of-day reports, and the rest of the process are non-negotiable.

Comfortable being measured in public: cash collected, close rate, and pipeline hygiene are all visible.

WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT

You've sold for an Amazon, Meta, Google, or TikTok performance agency.

You can read an ad account or P&L and speak to it live on a call.

You've carried a quota where the deal was a monthly commitment, not a one-time payment.

You've built pipelines from a cold list when inbound went quiet - and it worked.

You're coachable on our process and still bring your own frame to a call.

WHO THIS IS NOT FOR

You only work leads that are already on your calendar.

You need a manager to tell you what to do each morning.

You cut corners on admin - CRM notes, Slack updates, end-of-day reports.

Your experience is one-call, one-time-payment consumer sales with no retainer track record.

You avoid the money conversation.

Benefits

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$145,000-$180,000 OTE.

100% remote - work from anywhere in the US, Canada or UK.

25 PTO days + 9 paid holidays.

Professional development and direct mentorship from leadership.

Join an 80+ person agency ranked Inc. 5000 #170, managing $24M+ in Amazon ad spend.
