• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that encompass psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments tailored to individual client needs.
• Collaborate closely with clients to develop bespoke treatment plans that address their specific requirements, goals, and cultural context.
• Facilitate individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
• Respond swiftly to crises, providing immediate intervention services while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure clients receive optimal care continuity.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, compliant with clinic standards and legal regulations.
• Equip clients and their families with psychoeducation to enhance their understanding of mental health issues and empower them to manage such challenges effectively.
• Engage in ongoing outcome evaluations to assess therapy effectiveness and modify treatment approaches as necessary.
• Stay informed on the latest research and clinical best practices in mental health, integrating new insights into your therapy approaches.
• Uphold the highest ethical standards and confidentiality of all patient information.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging between $80,000 and $100,000, commensurate with experience, geographical location, and expertise.
