This role is primarily remote, allowing you to maintain a work-life balance while delivering essential mental health services via our telehealth platform. The telehealth setting requires proficiency with digital communication tools and an understanding of confidentiality regulations and best practices within a virtual context. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care, engage in regular supervision, and maintain effective communication through virtual meetings.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on clients’ needs and evidence-based interventions.
• Facilitate one-on-one, family, and group therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities to address complex mental health issues.
• Document client progress meticulously, completing assessments, group notes, and all necessary documentation timely and accurately to comply with regulatory standards.
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to assess clients’ needs, coordinate treatment approaches, and manage discharge planning effectively.
• Implement and monitor psychoeducational and process groups designed to educate clients and facilitate peer support, particularly during critical moments of their treatment journey.
• Identify and address potential safety risks, ensuring that both environmental and client safety measures are prioritized and communicated promptly.
• Conduct post-discharge follow-up sessions to provide ongoing support and to evaluate clients’ progress, facilitating smoother transitions back into everyday life.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Nurtured Mind Wellness and Therapy, Inc., you will have the privilege of working with a diverse clientele, ranging from individuals facing mild to severe mental health challenges. This may include conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will engage with a variety of age groups and cultural backgrounds, requiring you to exercise cultural competence and flexibility in your therapeutic approach.

• Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution.
• Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
• Proven ability to document services and maintain accurate records while adhering to ethical and regulatory guidelines.
• Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating stable and appropriate boundaries with clients.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, crucial for effectively engaging clients and collaborating with team members.

This position offers an attractive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
