• Manage a varied caseload of clients, fostering positive relationships while adhering to professional ethics and maintaining appropriate boundaries.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients, meeting to discuss progress, stability, and necessary adjustments to treatment plans, including timely discharges when appropriate.
• Design, implement, and monitor comprehensive, person-centered treatment plans that address individual client needs.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and up-to-date progress notes for each client, ensuring clear communication and continuity of care.
• Administer intake assessments to better understand client situations and establish baseline therapeutic goals.
• Engage in weekly individual therapy sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to their unique needs.
• Participate in ongoing individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and receive constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare providers to ensure holistic care for clients, sharing resources and strategies.
• Maintain a growth mindset, embracing new strategies, methods, and continuing education opportunities.

The clients served by Omnicare Counseling Center include a broad spectrum of individuals, from children facing anxiety and behavioral issues to adults dealing with depression and relationship troubles. • A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.
• Current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.
• Strong proficiency in using various computer systems, including Excel, RMS, Outlook, and PIMSY, to facilitate record-keeping and client management.

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to diverse populations, including individual and family therapy.
• Comfort in performing comprehensive intake assessments and developing appropriate follow-up treatment plans.

Omnicare Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
