• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, building and maintaining trusting relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, addressing stability, and planning for ongoing support or discharge as necessary.
• Develop, implement, and monitor tailored treatment plans centered on each client’s unique needs and goals.
• Document client interactions with precision through thorough progress notes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to determine the appropriate therapeutic approaches for new clients.
• Engage in individual supervision to discuss caseload strategies and enhance professional skills.
• Collaborate proactively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic care delivery.
• Foster a growth mindset, embracing learning and adaptation as core components of your professional practice.

In this role, you will work with a broad array of clients, including adults and children from various backgrounds and presenting issues. Our practice addresses conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges, tailoring interventions to meet the needs of each individual or family. Your work will directly contribute to improved client outcomes, not just in symptom relief but also in achieving long-term mental health resilience.

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation.
• At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.
• Proficient in using technology and software, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.
• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of evidence-based practices.
• Expertise in conducting intake assessments and formulating initial treatment plans.

• Experience in specific therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or family therapy.
• Familiarity with electronic health records and clinical documentation standards.
• Continued professional development through workshops, conferences, or additional certifications related to mental health counseling.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience.
