Calm Connections Counseling Center is seeking a fully licensed and dedicated Mental Health Counselor to join our dynamic team. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still maintaining close connections with our team. Our operational hours extend from Monday through Saturday, providing ample opportunities to engage with clients at varying times that suit their needs.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for clients, including individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, to tailor treatment plans to their unique needs.
• Facilitate the initial comprehensive psychosocial assessment process, ensuring that client information is meticulously gathered and triaged for appropriate care interventions.
• Maintain clear and continuous communication with colleagues through detailed documentation, patient rounds, and interdisciplinary meetings, fostering a cohesive approach to client care.
• Deliver ethical and timely documentation as per departmental standards, ensuring compliance and quality within clinical practices.
• Provide case management for assigned clients, collaborating with community stakeholders and healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care solutions.
• Implement Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based treatment modalities to assist clients in achieving their individualized service plans.

Your work will directly impact a diverse population, providing therapy to those facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more. • Must be fully licensed as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Georgia.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• A commitment to working between 10 to 40 hours a week, with flexibility to take on additional sessions as desired.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience is essential, demonstrating a solid understanding of therapeutic techniques and client engagement.

• Experience in providing telehealth services is highly desirable, reflecting an understanding of remote client engagement.
• Familiarity with integrating various evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly CBT, into therapeutic practices.
• Previous experience in outpatient mental health settings will be an advantage.

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and credentials.
