• Conduct teletherapy sessions with clients, utilizing secure online platforms designed for mental health professionals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clients’ unique circumstances and therapeutic goals.
• Continuously monitor client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment strategies to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records in compliance with health privacy regulations and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with other licensed mental health professionals and medical staff to provide integrative care when necessary.
• Uphold ethical standards in the delivery of mental health services, advocating for clients’ rights and confidentiality at all times.

In your role as a Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will primarily work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. Your work will support clients dealing with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and family dynamics, ensuring that each session is tailored to encourage healing and growth.

• A Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred.
• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Demonstrated proficiency in providing individual and/or family therapy.
• Strong comfort level with technology and conducting therapy via digital platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients remotely.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Ideal candidates will possess experience in a clinical setting, particularly within remote therapy modalities. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is highly advantageous. A commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to engage in training on emerging technologies and therapeutic methodologies will also be valued.

Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
