Aurora Insurance Services, a division of First Continental Mortgage, primarily focuses on writing home, auto, and life insurance with a strong emphasis on home insurance through our affiliate mortgage companies and their respective home builders.

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative who thrives at multitasking in a high-volume setting for our Houston OR Dallas office. This role can be remote or partially remote for a well-qualified candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with client policies and marketing/email campaigns.
  • Respond to requests/leads via phone or email in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Transacting policy changes.
  • Customer acquisition by building a strong rapport with current and prospective clients.
  • Provide quotes as requested.
  • Cross-selling.
  • Policy renewal offerings.
  • Request missing and/or required information from client by phone, via email, or letter.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be General Lines Licensed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including phone etiquette.
  • Adept at time management and multitasking.
  • Skillful in Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Knowledge of the EZLynx is preferred but not required.
