The Neuro Psychology Center, LLC is seeking a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in providing exceptional mental health services through a telehealth platform. The role is entirely remote, allowing flexibility while ensuring you have access to the resources necessary to thrive as a clinician. Utilizing telehealth technology, you will conduct sessions via secure video conferencing platforms, providing convenience for both you and your clients. • Maintain an active caseload of clients, establishing professional rapport and fostering meaningful relationships while adhering to ethical guidelines.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, discuss upcoming appointments, and, when appropriate, facilitate discharge planning.
• Design, implement, and continuously evaluate individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
• Document client interactions and treatment plans diligently, maintaining up-to-date records and progress notes for each case, consistent with best practices and legal requirements.
• Conduct initial intake assessments to identify clients' needs and issues thoroughly, ensuring accurate and comprehensive client profiles.
• Facilitate weekly individual therapy sessions, guiding clients through their therapeutic journey with clarity and empathy.
• Engage in regular supervision sessions to enhance your clinical skills and receive support in challenging cases.
• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for your clients.
• Maintain a growth mindset, actively participating in ongoing professional development and organizational initiatives.

You will work with a varied clientele, including adults grappling with anxiety, depression, and trauma, alongside children and adolescents facing behavioral challenges. The goal is to provide each individual and family with tailored, person-centered care that supports their unique circumstances and promotes positive mental health outcomes.

• Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
• Current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
• A minimum of three years of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting.
• Proficiency in using technology including spreadsheet software (Excel), electronic health record systems (such as PIMSY), and communication platforms (such as Outlook).
• Experience in delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Comfort and competence in performing intake assessments independently.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.
• Experience in teletherapy and adapting clinical practices for remote environments.
• Strong ability to contribute to a collaborative, multidisciplinary team approach to client care.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. You will enjoy a fee-for-service compensation model with guaranteed rates, allowing for timely payment ahead of collections. Additional benefits include:
