Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain an active caseload of clients, establishing professional rapport and fostering meaningful relationships while adhering to ethical guidelines.

  • Design, implement, and continuously evaluate individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.

  • Conduct initial intake assessments to identify clients' needs and issues thoroughly, ensuring accurate and comprehensive client profiles.
  • Facilitate weekly individual therapy sessions, guiding clients through their therapeutic journey with clarity and empathy.
  • Engage in regular supervision sessions to enhance your clinical skills and receive support in challenging cases.

Qualifications
