• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to determine patients' needs and formulate individualized treatment plans based on solution-based therapies.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy, tailored to each patient’s unique circumstances.
• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records per organizational standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring a thorough documentation of all patient interactions.
• Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and healthcare providers to facilitate integrated care for patients.
• Participate in regular case consultations and provide peer feedback to enhance therapeutic practices and the quality of care delivered.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and self-care strategies, thereby empowering them in their recovery journey.
• Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in psychotherapy to continuously improve patient care and therapeutic techniques.

Your clientele will consist of a diverse array of individuals experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other conditions that impact their overall well-being. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in helping these patients achieve their treatment goals, further strengthening their mental health and resilience.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program, ensuring a solid foundation of knowledge and skills necessary for effective practice.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Kansas, demonstrating recognized competency in clinical social work practice.
• A minimum of three years of hands-on clinical experience specializing in psychotherapy, providing confidence in delivering quality mental health services.
• Strong proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy interventions, necessary for tailoring support to meet varied patient needs.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 based on experience and qualifications.
