Neuro Nurture Support is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our thriving remote team. In this full-time role, the LPC will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to a diverse population, including adults, children, and families. • Maintain a caseload of clients while fostering strong, empathetic relationships, ensuring adherence to professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular sessions to monitor client progress, discuss stability, and determine readiness for discharge when appropriate.
• Collaboratively develop, implement, and evaluate person-centered treatment plans that align with each client’s individual goals.
• Document all client interactions meticulously, ensuring accuracy in progress notes and treatment assessments.
• Perform initial intake assessments that accurately identify client needs and develop appropriate treatment pathways.
• Successfully conduct individual therapeutic sessions each week, adapting methodologies to suit varied patient backgrounds and preferences.
• Engage in one-on-one supervision to foster personal and professional development.
• Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals to enrich client care and broaden service offerings.
• Maintain an attitude of curiosity and growth, actively pursuing new methodologies and best practices in mental health.

Our clientele is diverse, encompassing individuals of all ages seeking mental health support. The LPC will engage with a wide spectrum of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Understanding and addressing the unique context of each client—be it cultural, social, or situational—is crucial for fostering effective treatment outcomes.

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
• Current and unrestricted Licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Tennessee.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting post-graduation.
• Proficiency in utilizing technological tools, including electronic health record systems, Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel), and RMS software.

• Demonstrated experience providing direct psychotherapy services to both individuals and families.
• Comfort and competence in conducting thorough intake assessments and formulating personalized care plans based on initial evaluations.
• Familiarity with working in an outpatient setting that emphasizes collaborative care.
