As a Remote Sales Representative you will focus on expanding Maverick's current customer base by helping customers move their product in the most cost-effective way possible. You will have the opportunity to sell Maverick's services to the customer, but to also continually service those customers' ever-growing transportation needs. Being team-centric, yet individually driven will be essential to your success.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails
  • Understand customer needs/requirements and provide them with top notch transportation solutions
  • Grow and develop accounts to their highest potential through strong customer relationships and referrals
  • Partner with operations leaders to ensure your customers are provided with outstanding service
  • Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments within the logistics industry
