• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns and collaboratively devise tailored treatment plans that outline therapeutic interventions.
• Provide individual therapy through video conferencing sessions, utilizing a range of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
• Engage clients in setting realistic therapeutic goals, regularly reviewing progress and adjusting treatment approaches as needed to facilitate positive outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes while adhering to ethical standards and legal regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills, keep current with best practices, and integrate new techniques into therapeutic approaches.

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. Our telehealth services ensure that clients, regardless of their geographical location or mobility challenges, have access to the support they need.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and safety in therapeutic relationships.
• A compassionate and empathetic demeanor, with the ability to provide non-judgmental support to clients from varied backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to efficiently handle a caseload while ensuring high-quality care.

• Experience in remote therapy provision, with familiarity in utilizing telehealth platforms for client engagement.
• Knowledge of various evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a willingness to adopt new methodologies.
• A track record of collaboration within a multidisciplinary team is highly desirable.
