Our telehealth platform ensures that therapists have all the necessary tools to provide high-quality mental health care from the comfort of their homes—while also ensuring that clients receive uninterrupted, personal support at flexible times, including evenings and weekends.

• Perform comprehensive assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate clients’ substance use history and associated mental health concerns.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that not only address addiction but also tackle underlying mental health issues.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
• Collaborate closely with a dynamic treatment team comprised of psychiatrists, nurses, and other addiction specialists to ensure an integrated approach to each client’s care.
• Educate both clients and their families on the recovery process, fostering a supportive environment that encourages family involvement.
• Maintain meticulous client records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring accurate documentation of treatment goals and client progress.

The primary focus of this role involves working with adults facing substance abuse issues, as well as co-occurring mental health disorders. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, each with unique stories and challenges. As a therapist, your role will involve not just rehabilitation from addiction but also restoring hope and building resilience among clients who often feel marginalized and hopeless.

• A valid state-issued license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is crucial for this position.
• Demonstrated expertise in addiction counseling or mental health treatment, equipping you to handle the complexities of dual-diagnosis cases.
• Strong foundational knowledge of various evidence-based practices for treating substance use disorders and related mental health challenges.
• Exceptional therapeutic and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage clients through compassionate communication.

• Hands-on experience in a substance abuse treatment setting or mental health clinic, particularly in a remote capacity.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and digital documentation preferred, as remote work will require proficiency in virtual engagement tools.
• Previous training in trauma-informed care approaches can be an asset in providing holistic mental health services.
