Fully Remote - US-Based, Any time zone Ideal Candidate: 5+ YOE in GMP warehousing is a must have, strong preference for Pharma or Biotech experience, script testing, and basic project management skills. Strong preference for candidates who have had multiple years of experience in the same role in previous work history. There is also a strong preference for candidates who have on-the-floor warehouse experience in a cGMP environment. This role will support ***'s Global Warehouse Team in the completion of tasks associated with ***'s implementation of SAP S/4HANA. A focus area for this role will be on physical financial flow (PFF) tolling as it relates to warehouse business processes. Tasks include script testing in ALM, working closely with system architects, business process owners, and other stakeholders to ensure warehouse business requirements are met and system go-live occurs without adverse impact to warehouse business processes. Skills required include system specification analysis and the resolution of warehouse issues documented in Jira. Must possess critical thinking skills to clearly understand how changes in another area can impact warehouse requirements or processes. Preferred Qualifications: • Strong understanding of warehouse business processes • SAP experience, particularly preferred in warehouse modules WM, SRM, and EWM • Experience administering test sets to support a system implementation • Experience working on a geographically dispersed project team in an FDA-regulated industry (cGMP regulated) • Strong computer skills including knowledge of MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, project management, problem solving, analytical and quantitative skills • Demonstrated personal initiative, self-motivation, flexibility and adaptability The person in this role may also support: • Supply Chain warehouse safety, compliance, and productivity projects • Data gathering and metric analysis • General department project management tasks Salary: .
