• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to develop individualized treatment plans, tailoring interventions to meet patient-specific needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to facilitate progress in patients’ mental health journeys.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely clinical records in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring quality and continuity of care.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other therapists, to provide holistic care for patients.
• Educate and support patients and families, empowering them with the resources and knowledge necessary for effective self-management of mental health issues.
• Stay abreast of the latest research, treatment modalities, and best practices in mental health to continuously enhance the quality of care provided.

The LCSW will work with a diverse array of patients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, and a variety of psychiatric issues. By utilizing solution-focused strategies and collaborating with patients, you will help them navigate their mental health challenges, ultimately contributing to improved quality of life and enhanced well-being. The role requires a strong focus on empathy, understanding, and the ability to establish trust with patients, which are essential for successful therapeutic outcomes.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid LCSW license in the state of Georgia.
• Extensive knowledge of solution-focused therapy and psychotherapeutic interventions.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders.

While a minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting is required, candidates with experience in hospice care or end-of-life counseling are preferred, given the unique challenges and emotional support needed in such environments. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and a commitment to continuous education will be advantageous.
