You will play a vital role in assessing client needs, developing tailored treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health history, substance use patterns, strengths, and identifying resources, ensuring a holistic understanding of their needs.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with specific goals and interventions aimed at encouraging recovery and resilience.
  • Facilitate psychoeducational sessions and support groups, focusing on topics like addiction management, coping strategies, and emotional regulation.
  • Deliver crisis intervention and conduct risk assessments, ensuring clients receive immediate support and safety planning when necessary.
