This role is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining professional engagement through virtual team meetings and client interactions. The Detox Center provides a confidential and supportive online platform where clients feel safe to explore their mental health challenges. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care for our clients.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health history, substance use patterns, strengths, and identifying resources, ensuring a holistic understanding of their needs.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with specific goals and interventions aimed at encouraging recovery and resilience.
• Facilitate psychoeducational sessions and support groups, focusing on topics like addiction management, coping strategies, and emotional regulation.
• Deliver crisis intervention and conduct risk assessments, ensuring clients receive immediate support and safety planning when necessary.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other health professionals to coordinate client care and ensure comprehensive treatment delivery.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, including progress notes and treatment updates.

Your primary focus will be on individuals who are seeking detoxification assistance, as well as those dealing with underlying mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. You will engage with a diverse clientele, each with unique backgrounds and experiences. Your expertise will be crucial in facilitating their therapeutic journey and helping them navigate the complexities of recovery.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, specifically working with substance use disorders is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques and treatment approaches.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills necessary for effective client engagement and team collaboration.

Experience working in a detox or addiction recovery environment is highly desirable. Familiarity with treatment modalities related to substance abuse recovery, as well as co-occurring disorders, will enhance your ability to provide effective client care. Knowledge of telehealth platforms and remote therapy practices will also be beneficial.
