• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide virtual individual therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to address the specific struggles and goals of each client, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and other modalities.
• Establish therapeutic goals with clients and monitor their progress through regular follow-up sessions, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure the best outcomes.
• Document client interactions and treatment plans accurately and promptly in our secure electronic health record system, ensuring adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions to expand your clinical skills and stay current with mental health therapies and best practices.

Our clients represent a diverse population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health challenges. • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to cultivate a safe and trusting therapeutic alliance with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy and compassion towards clients' mental health experiences and challenges, fostering a non-judgmental atmosphere.

• Experience in providing teletherapy services, utilizing relevant technologies to engage with clients effectively.
• Evidence of continued education in the field of mental health, such as workshops, certifications, or specialized training in specific therapies.
• Background in working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competency in mental health practices.
