• Conduct thorough assessments and clinical evaluations to understand clients’ mental health concerns, guiding the development of personalized treatment plans aimed at effective intervention.
• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies, depending on clients’ needs.
• Work collaboratively with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals, regularly monitor their progress, and adjust interventions to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
• Offer flexible teletherapy options, accommodating clients who prefer virtual sessions due to geographical limitations or personal preferences.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance your clinical skills and stay informed about the latest research and methodologies in the field.

• A current and valid license as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of a safe and trusting relationship with clients.
• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients’ experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, particularly in managing a caseload effectively while adhering to administrative tasks.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working in a mental health setting is preferred.
• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms for therapy, familiarizing yourself with the technical aspects of remote service delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to implement various therapeutic modalities and treatment plans based on individual client needs.
