Our client, a rapidly growing energy brokerage firm, is seeking a Sales & Operations Coordinator to be the operational backbone of the organization. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-driven professional who thrives in a fast-moving, multi-faceted environment and takes pride in keeping complex workflows running smoothly. You will sit at the intersection of sales and operations—supporting deal execution, tracking revenue, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. While much of your work will happen behind the scenes driving internal processes and efficiencies, you will also engage with clients, making a positive, solutions-oriented approach essential.
