Your role will primarily involve delivering psychotherapy services to a diverse range of clients presenting various mental health concerns. Specific day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health status of individuals and families.
• Developing tailored treatment plans incorporating evidence-based and solution-focused interventions aimed at achieving client goals.
• Implementing various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address specific client needs.
• Documenting clinical progress through accurate and timely record-keeping in compliance with HIPAA standards and other regulatory requirements.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to ensure comprehensive care and optimal client outcomes.
• Participating in ongoing case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance service quality and share best practices.
• Educating and supporting clients and their families on mental health topics, treatment strategies, and community resources available for further assistance.
• Staying informed about recent research and innovative approaches within the mental health field, continuously integrating new knowledge into your clinical practice.

In this role, you will primarily work with children, adolescents, and their families within school settings. You will help address a variety of emotional and behavioral challenges, ensuring that each child receives holistic and personalized care. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited university.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW) in the state of Kansas.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, including direct provision of psychotherapy services.
• Proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions, with demonstrated skills in evidence-based practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build trusting relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to assess and interpret complex situations effectively.
