Job Description:

CRB Operations - Data Analytics team is looking for a Business Analyst who will provide support via the creation, maintenance, and analysis of reporting. Colleague will be called upon to communicate to all levels of Corporate Operations data analytics recommendations and related changes for process or reporting enhancements.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Experience with Access, Excel, Tableau, Macros, SharePoint, and Power Apps
  • Source data from various systems/platforms and create effective data analytics
  • Create effective reporting using a plethora of data sources, analysis, and visualization tools
  • Aptitude for identifying data improvement opportunities and solutions
  • Ability to work independently, setting requirements, and prioritizing multiple assignments to meet quality standards and goals
  • Communicates clearly through both verbal and written methods with peers, leaders, and other business partners on recommendations, improvements, and initiatives
  • Manages multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Adheres to bank policies and procedures
  • Exemplifies Huntington values every day
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 or more years of business analyst experience
  • 2 or more year(s) of prior experience in data analytics, building reporting, recommending process improvements, and/or trend analytics

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience, or High School diploma with 9 years of experience/education in a related field may be considered
  • Strong database skills, including working with advanced data sets, pivot tables, advanced databases, statistical functions, and methods
  • Prior experience with Access Database management
  • Prior experience with Tableau and Tableau Prep, or other data tools
  • Prior experience with VBA, VB Script, SQL, or other coding languages
  • Highly proficient knowledge of MS Office applications with strong Access, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
  • Effectively develop and deliver presentations at executive level
  • Capable of driving business outcomes via effective partnerships with colleagues across the enterprise
  • Possess exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Flexible, accurate, highly organized, and pays attention to detail
  • Proven teamwork and ability to collaborate with internal partners
