  • Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, leveraging methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and family systems therapy.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
  • Educate and involve clients' families in the therapeutic process, offering guidance and support as needed.
  • Maintain detailed, confidential records in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards, ensuring information security and client confidentiality.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of your practice will be on individuals facing a range of emotional, psychological, and relational challenges. You will work with clients from various backgrounds, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and family dynamics. Our clinic aims for inclusive care, reaching out to all community members and ensuring that every individual has the resources necessary for recovery.

Qualifications
  • Current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
  • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a relevant field.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to foster genuine, trust-based relationships with clients.
  • Demonstrated empathy and an understanding, nonjudgmental attitude toward clients' vulnerabilities and experiences.
  • Strong organizational skills essential for time management and administrative responsibilities, enabling efficient service delivery.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with diverse populations and in varied clinical settings is preferred.
  • Familiarity with digital therapy platforms and telehealth services to enhance client engagement in a remote setting.
  • Experience in conducting group therapy sessions would be an asset.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary between $80,000 and $100,000, adjusted based on experience and certifications.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including paid time off (PTO), health insurance, and a retirement plan to support your financial future.
  • Continuous professional development opportunities, including training in the latest therapy techniques and access to industry resources.
  • A supportive work environment that emphasizes collaboration, with ongoing mentorship from experienced colleagues.
  • The chance to make a lasting impact on the mental health of clients, helping them navigate towards long-term recovery and enhanced quality of life.
