The work setting for this position is completely remote, allowing you to choose your most comfortable and productive environment. We provide flexible scheduling options to accommodate your lifestyle, with the opportunity to connect with clients from anywhere in the United States. As a member of our team, you will work primarily from home, seeing clients through secure telehealth platforms designed for efficient and compassionate care.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients and establish treatment goals.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring a holistic approach to client care that focuses on personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods and client-centered practices to foster a supportive healing environment.
• Maintain accurate and timely records for client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
• Engage in regular case discussions with peers and clinical supervisors to enhance clinical skills and collaborative approaches to care.
• Participate in professional development opportunities, including accessing free Continuing Education Units (CEUs) to fulfill ongoing licensing requirements.
• Adapt treatment strategies as needed based on client feedback and evolving mental health circumstances.

Our primary client focus includes adolescents and young adults facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. With a client load capped at 8 individuals in group settings, therapists have the unique opportunity to build meaningful therapeutic relationships that foster trust and enhance healing. By providing tailored care, our therapists can ensure that clients receive the attention and guidance they need to thrive.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Current licensed mental health credentials, including LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT. We also invite applications from junior-licensed clinicians, as supervision will be provided.
• Availability to work between 12 to 40 hours per week, depending on whether you choose a part-time contract (1099) or full-time W2 position.

• Experience in providing therapy to adolescent and young adult populations.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapeutic modalities.
• Previous experience in community health settings or knowledge of the challenges faced by underserved populations.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
