- Overall 8+ years of experience, with 5-6 years of experience in MDM, Python, and PySpark.
- Mandatory healthcare domain knowledge.
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to learn other analytic tools.
- Strong programming experience with ETL frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience handling large data sets, relational databases, data warehouses, and data marts.
- Ability to analyze, model, and interpret data, as well as review existing tools and databases to provide software solution recommendations.
- Technical writing experience, including queries, reports, and presentations.
