• Provide individual and couples therapy for clients across various age groups, tailoring sessions to meet their unique needs.
• Utilize a billing service that handles claims, client and insurance accounts receivable, benefit checks, and payment plans to streamline administrative tasks.
• Maintain detailed and actionable notes and record-keeping for each client, ensuring compliance with professional standards and organizational guidelines.
• Manage your appointment calendar and schedule ongoing sessions with clients, ensuring a balance of availability and effective caseload management.
• Demonstrate proficiency in working with a diverse range of clinical presentations, employing appropriate techniques to support client progress.

In this role, you will engage with clients who may be experiencing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship issues. The hospice context emphasizes a compassionate and sensitive approach, understanding the complex emotions clients face regarding end-of-life issues, familial dynamics, and the impact of loss. Your ability to build rapport and offer empathetic support will be critical in fostering healing and growth.

• Professionalism, excellent therapeutic boundaries, and cultural competency are essential in providing high-quality therapy services.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Must possess an independent LCSW license to practice in the state of Illinois.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle a full caseload effectively.
• Demonstrated self-motivation and the ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team dynamic.

• The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between $70,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with potential bonuses.
• As a W2 employee, you will receive comprehensive health insurance coverage and fully covered overhead costs, which include a furnished office space, electronic medical records (EMR) system, office supplies, and malpractice insurance.
