The Private Event Sales Specialist is a licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser responsible for driving revenue growth through the execution of high-impact private sales events across multiple markets and affiliated entities nationwide. This role partners with local clinic teams and state-licensed dispensers to increase patient engagement, improve sales conversion, and elevate overall event performance. Serving as both a revenue generator, the Private Event Sales Specialist provides professional hearing aid sales expertise, patient education, and real-time mentorship to clinic staff and providers during event-based selling environments. This position plays a critical role in supporting underperforming markets, accelerating new clinic ramp-ups, and maximizing return on marketing investment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead and support the execution of invitation-based and promotional hearing aid sales events across assigned territories
  • Deliver professional hearing consultations, needs assessments, product demonstrations, and sales presentations
  • Partner with the state-licensed dispenser or provider present at the event who will perform fittings and fulfill clinical requirements
  • Create urgency and value for patients through education on hearing loss, treatment options, and promotional offerings
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable state dispensing regulations and company policies
  • Travel extensively nationwide to support scheduled sales events, including overnight and occasional weekend travel
  • Coordinate transportation of demonstration devices, marketing materials, and event supplies as needed
  • Maintain readiness to deploy to priority markets on short notice

REQUIREMENTS:
The minimum qualifications for this job are as follows:
• Current Hearing Aid Dispenser license required
• Ability and willingness to obtain additional state licensure as needed
• Minimum 3 years of hearing aid sales experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding revenue or unit performance goals
• Experience supporting promotional events, new clinic openings, or acquisition integration preferred
• Strong coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced field environments
