As a Remote Event Graphic Designer, collaboration with event planners and marketing teams is primarily managed through virtual meetings, project management tools, and shared online workspaces. Designers attend regular check-ins to align on event themes, branding guidelines, and deliverable timelines. Building strong communication skills and being proactive in seeking clarification are key to ensuring that all visual materials—from invitations to stage backdrops—are consistent with the overall event vision.

What is a remote event graphic designer?

A Remote Event Graphic Designer is a creative professional who specializes in designing visual materials for events, such as conferences, trade shows, or virtual gatherings, while working from a remote location. They create items like banners, presentations, social media graphics, and event branding elements to enhance the attendee experience. These designers collaborate with event organizers and marketing teams using digital communication tools. Their role requires a strong understanding of design principles and the unique needs of events, as well as proficiency in graphic design software. Working remotely allows them to serve clients from various locations without being physically present at the event site.

What skills and qualifications are needed to thrive as a remote event graphic designer?

To thrive as a Remote Event Graphic Designer, you need expertise in visual design, layout, branding, and proficiency with a degree or equivalent experience in graphic design. Familiarity with industry-standard tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and experience using virtual collaboration platforms are typically required. Strong communication, creativity, and time management skills set outstanding designers apart, especially when working remotely with diverse teams. These abilities ensure the delivery of compelling, on-brand visuals that engage audiences and support seamless event execution in a virtual environment.

We're looking to hire a Full-Stack AI Engineer (Agentic Systems) to join our team. This is a high-impact, client-facing role designed for a "plus-plus" version of a developer, someone who doesn't just build, but defines the architecture of how global enterprises adopt agentic workflows. You will serve as a strategic consultant and technical lead, helping regulated industries and Fortune 500 clients transition from traditional development to AI-augmented engineering productivity.

  • Hands-on experience utilizing Claude Code and modern LLM platforms (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI).
  • Strong history of developing AI-powered web applications using React, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

  • Track record of productizing early-stage Generative AI prototypes into scalable, production-ready MVPs.
  • Solid understanding of cloud-based architectures on AWS and containerization tools such as Docker.
  • Well-versed in database management systems, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
  • Familiar with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, vector databases, or orchestration frameworks.
  • Capable of working with GraphQL, microservices, or event-driven systems in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
  • Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
  • Forensic attention to detail.
  • A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
  • Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
  • Ability to take extreme ownership over your work. Every day is a challenge to ensure you are performing to the expectations you and your team have agreed upon.
  • Ability to identify with the goals of FullStack's clients and dedicate yourself to delivering on the commitments you and your team make to them.
  • Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week.

What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary.
  • Paid Time Off (vacation, sick leave, parental leave, and holidays).
  • 100% remote work.
  • The ability to work with leading startups and Fortune 500 companies.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) w/ 4% match.
  • Ample opportunity for career advancement.
  • Continuing education opportunities.
