Clarity Path Mental Wellness is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team. As a full-time therapist, you will provide essential services to individuals and families grappling with a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, and trauma. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify client's mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans that set clear goals and interventions tailored to individual client needs.
  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure coordinated and integrative care for clients.
  • Lead group therapy and psychoeducation sessions focused on recovery tools and coping strategies.
  • Implement crisis intervention strategies and safety planning as necessary for at-risk clients.
  • Maintain precise and timely documentation that meets ethical and legal standards, ensuring clients' confidentiality and safety.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on individuals dealing with various mood disorders including depression, anxiety, and stress-related conditions. Qualifications
  • A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Illinois.
