What is the job?

As Oracle ERP Functional Consultant, you’ll play a starring role in Regal’s global transformation program. Much like a director keeping every scene in sync, you’ll ensure our Oracle systems run seamlessly across the enterprise.

What will you be doing?
  • Lead ERP process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and configuration workshops.
  • Configure Oracle ERP modules to align with global templates.
  • Perform testing, cutover support, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Collaborate with PMO and system integrators for consistent delivery.
  • Drive change, continuous improvement, and training documentation.
About you
  • 5+ years of hands-on Oracle ERP Cloud functional experience.
  • Strong background in ERP process design and fit-gap analysis.
  • Knowledge of Finance, Procurement, SCM, and other ERP modules.
  • Experience in transformation and ERP implementation programs.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
