• Supervise and manage the clinical care for assigned patients, ensuring the highest standards of proficiency and compassion.
• Conduct individualized and group therapy sessions tailored to meet the unique psychological needs of each patient.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to understand patient requirements, documenting detailed treatment logs and care plans.
• Administer to a diverse caseload of patients, utilizing advanced clinical skills to develop and execute effective intervention strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with patients and their families to create personalized resolution plans that address specific challenges.
• Utilize crisis intervention techniques to provide support during acute psychological episodes, ensuring patient safety and stability.
• Conduct ongoing mental health evaluations to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Facilitate access to educational resources and support programs for both patients and their families to enhance their understanding and coping strategies.

You will serve a wide range of patients presenting with various mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and behavioral challenges. This role requires a deep understanding of patient backgrounds and conditions, as well as the skills to foster a therapeutic alliance that encourages progress and healing. • A minimum of a Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or holds a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and empathize with diverse patient backgrounds.

We require at least two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, which is essential for effectively managing the complexities of diverse patient needs. Experience with telehealth delivery models is advantageous, as is familiarity with electronic health record systems.
