Job Title: HVAC Service Technician

Pay: $30.00 – $48.00 per hour

With up to $5000 sign-on bonus

Full job description:

We're growing our service team and looking for a skilled HVAC technician who takes pride in their craft. If you're the person customers call when things go wrong — and you like solving problems, working independently, and getting things right the first time — this role is for you.

What you'll do:

  • Diagnose, service, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
  • Inspect equipment and perform repairs and replacements as needed
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance to keep systems running efficiently
  • Respond to emergency service calls promptly
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures on every job

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 5 years of HVAC field experience
  • EPA 608 Certification (required)
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Physically capable of performing field work
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
