• Conduct weekly live video therapy sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based techniques to address a variety of emotional and mental health disorders.
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers to design and implement comprehensive treatment plans that address the multifaceted needs of each client.
• Create treatment goals and monitor progress through systematic self-assessments and functional improvement metrics.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within our user-friendly therapist portal, optimizing workflow and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Engage in regular supervision and support sessions with the Therapy Leadership Team, fostering professional growth and continued learning.

Your focus will predominantly be on adolescents undergoing treatment at our detox center who are navigating various emotional challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, and trauma-related issues. This role allows for substantial interaction with clients, providing them with a safe space to express their feelings and receive targeted support from a highly skilled team.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a diverse, multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients from various cultural and social backgrounds.

• Experience in a remote clinical setting, utilizing digital tools for patient engagement and therapy delivery.
• Prior experience working with adolescents in a mental health or addiction treatment setting is preferred.

• The annual salary for this role ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
