Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct weekly live video therapy sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based techniques to address a variety of emotional and mental health disorders.
  • Collaborate with psychiatric providers to design and implement comprehensive treatment plans that address the multifaceted needs of each client.
  • Create treatment goals and monitor progress through systematic self-assessments and functional improvement metrics.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within our user-friendly therapist portal, optimizing workflow and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Engage in regular supervision and support sessions with the Therapy Leadership Team, fostering professional growth and continued learning.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your focus will predominantly be on adolescents undergoing treatment at our detox center who are navigating various emotional challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, and trauma-related issues. This role allows for substantial interaction with clients, providing them with a safe space to express their feelings and receive targeted support from a highly skilled team.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
